Description

An undated photograph of Saint Joseph's Hospital on Broad Street, Providence. Broad Street, which runs across the foreground, is seen as a cobblestone street with trolley tracks embedded. In front of the hospital, on the sidewalk, a person in a hat looks directly into the camera. Beside them is a child who is blurred due to motion. The hospital building was razed in the mid 20th century to make way for a new structure. The reverse of the photograph is captioned "Saint Joseph's Hospital."
