Abstract

A collection of loose papers and newspaper clippings with dates ranging from 1963 to 1980. Arranged in chronological order by year. During this time Michael DeCiantis was a judge for the Rhode Island State Family Court. Topics include cases that DeCiantis presided over, and editorial pieces dealing with abortion, women being subject to the draft, and the holding of juvenile criminals within adult facilities.
