Abstract
A collection of loose papers and newspaper clippings with dates ranging from January 12, 1938, to December 1, 1938. During this time Michael DeCiantis served as the Chief of the Division of Public Utilities. Folder 25 follows DeCianits' exploits to bring down electrical, transportation, and phone service rates. The folder also continues to cover the scandal involving Gov. Robert E. Quinn, which was first featured in Folder 24, and the aftermath of the devastating "Hurricane of '38". The collection is not ordered chronologically.
