  • A History of Named Places and Architectural Development: Rhode Island College, 1958-2012 by Elizabeth Warburton

A History of Named Places and Architectural Development: Rhode Island College, 1958-2012

    Elizabeth Warburton

Elizabeth Warburton, an aluma of Rhode Island College, created this publication of the history of the buildings that make up the Rhode Island College campus. Its purpose is to bring to light the history of architecture of the campus. It is a metaphorical and visual story, telling the history and growth of the college and of its excellence in education programs. Complete with photographs of the buildings and those they were named for, Warburton demonstrates how the story of the college is told though its physical presence by listening to its places and buildings.
