Description
A fisherman in Tarrrafal bleeds his catch immediately after landing on the shore. Tuna, the fish he is bleeding, needs to be bleed immediately to insure the quality of the meat. This is generally done, as pictured here, while the fish is alive so that the heart will pump out the blood.
