Description
The Elizabeth River Ferry runs three paddle-wheel ferryboats that connect Portsmouth and Norfolk. The ferry system is operated as part of Hampton Roads Transit as of 1999. The photo is taken from The Waterside in Norfolk. On the horizon is Harbor Tower Apartments.
