Description

On this slide Smolski notes “Radburn Plan separated streets & pedestrians, children don’t play in streets?” Radburn, a planned community, makes extensive provisions for walkways and public lands that are separate from motor ways. In this context, Smolski’s bewilderment at seeing children in the streets is understandable.
