Undated. Inscribed by artist on reverse: "2nd.","unfinished", "Walk among the Lillies", "Elizabeth Prophett". It is suggested that Prophet began working in bas-relief after viewing the extensive relief work of sculptor Alfred Janniot (1889–1969) at the Exposition Coloniale Internationale de Paris, 1931.
