Abstract

A collection of newspaper clippings with dates ranging from October 1960 to October 1961. Clippings are arranged chronologically. During this time Michael DeCiantis served as the West Warwick Town Solicitor, but would later resign and become a justice of the newly created State Family Court. Scrapbook 21 covers Rhode Island state elections as well as the 1960 presidential election, the Crompton sewage issue, the town budget, and the approval and denials of liquor license requests in West Warwick. Some pages have articles that obscure other items on the same page. In this case, the same page has been shot multiple times to show all content.
