Description
The article gives a brief biography of Judge Luigi DePasquale, an Italian-American judge whom was involved in many Federal Hill charitable and fraternal organizations. The article discusses the renaming of Arthur Avenue to Balbo Avenue, after the Italian aviator Marshall Italo-Balbo. In the 1940s the street was changed once more to Depasquale Avenue, "named for a local resident who distinguished himself as a jurist and a charitable man."
