In the summer of 1933, Maribelle Cormack, then a 31 year old museum assistant at Roger Williams Museum of Natural History, purchased and maintained a small boat with Edwin Holloway. Cormack kept this "log book," complete with financial records, journal entries, poetry and collage to record the ups and downs of maintaining a small boat and the adventures encountered along the way.
The bulk of this document covers the summer of 1933, June 8 through August 29th.
