Description
Boa Vista is a large, relatively flat island of dunes and oases. Its rocky and shallow coastline has been cruel to sailors and has caused many shipwrecks. This photograph of Praia de Crabral, a beach located about two miles from the town Sal Rei, shows a cove created by a natural rock wall, some people enjoying the white sand beach and also the desert island feel that defines Boa Vista.
