Description

This photo shows the rocky, yet stunning shoreline of Praia de Cabral. Waves crash up against a natural rock wall in the distance. Cabral Beach has become one of Boa Vista's most popular beaches and tourist attractions. The beach is home to a hotel as well as a small Jewish cemetery. Additionally, Praia de Cabral has been the site of an annual music festival, which features Cape Verdean musicians raising awareness for protection of the nesting turtles on the beach.
