Description

A farm in São Pedro. São Vicente had almost zero regular water supply and very few natural resources outside of it's natural harbor at the Bay of Mindelo. Construction of a desalinization plant in 1972 brought many people to Mindelo, but neighboring villages, such as São Pedro, have remained rural and sparse.
