Mary Berry, professor of history and law at Harvard University and a commissioner on the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, closes a two day conference at Rhode Island College. The conference was held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in the case Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka.
