Description

Willingboro Plaza was a 614,000-square-foot regional shopping center, built as a centerpiece of the city. The plaza was completed in 1967 but by the late 70s, the completion of a section of Interstate 295 through Burlington County and the Burlington Center Mall pulled commerce away, contributing to its downfall.
