Description

Mindelo is home to most of the inhabitants on São Vicente. This photograph shows a residential neighborhood on a hill that overlooks the Bay of Mindelo. Mindelo is the second biggest city in the Republic of Cape Verde and is an important economic center because of Porto Grande, one of the countries vital sea ports.
