Description
Bill Andrade, a friend of David Baxter, poses with an unidentified Cape Verdean family. Children in Cape Verde are expected to work their parents trade. Here the children and women are all transporting containers on their heads. In a previous image Bill Andrade appears with fishermen in Tarrafal, it is possible that in this image they are transporting fresh fish or equipment from Tarrafal.
