This lecture was presented as a part of the Dialogue on Diversity Committee of Rhode Island College Promising Practices series. Paul Hei Matsuda lectures on teaching in a diverse society and the significance of making divergent and varied discourses available to students. Matsuda discusses how to incorporate methods of inclusion which will promote the success and literacy of ESL and non-ESL students.
